Simple PDF to PSD work

    Hey,

    I currently have a menu that is in a PDF format, I want you to convert it so I can edit it via Photoshop. The files are EXTREMELY clean, there is one header image and one footer image, and text will be in the middle. I would like you to copy it exactly on how it is on the PDF.

    Paying $10

    Simple and I believe a 10 minute job.
