I need an online quoting form designed / programmed that will compute a quote for a customer based on their selections. There are (5) main selections on the form. Based on the user's selection, and a variable that they input next, the form will display a quote for the project. The form will also collect the user's contact information (needs validation), and send by e-mail once the quote has been computed. I would like this done in CSS / Ajax, so that as one of the (5) main selections is chosen, additional input boxes will appear to collect the variables.
