Simple MySql Question regarding Importing

    Hello,

    I don't know much about mysql but I have imported a few databases before.

    What I want to know is if I have a current sql file and it is 100mb which is powering my website and then I buy another database with new content which is 20mb can I import the new sql file to make 1 file 120mb or will it overwrite it.
    Also, if I buy a db am I likely to get conflicts and error messages.

    For example, I currently have a database driven site with all the towns and cities in the USA and I want to add on to it a fresh db with all the towns and cities in Canada. Is it easy to do?

    Do both sql file have the same database table structure?
