Buying Simple Mobile Landing Page

    i need a simple mobile landing page designed and coded so that when people access my site using a mobile phone they will be directed to the mobile version of my site. have attached how i want it to be like below. when they touch the "tap here to call now" button their phone will call my number automatically.when they touch the "tap here to email now" button they will be directed to a contact form to send their details to me.pls pm with cost and how fast you are able to do.thanks.
