Hi I am looking for a CMS kind of system designed for our website. Here you will see an example of of things will look: http://emergencyfiresolutions.co.uk/members/jan.html We have members who have an account each for logging information about 'fire call outs'. When someone calls our call centre about a fire alarm going off for example, we need to log this information into the members account. So for example we have a member called 'First Fire Services UK'. We just act as the call centre, so when one of 'First Fire Services UK' customers call us, we need to log into the 'First Fire Services UK' information of the call, such as "DuplexUK - 14/01/2009 - 03.52AM - Call Centre Resolved 14/01/2009 4.06AM". So basically we need to admin area for us to manage the member pages, and also a page for the members, which is shown here: http://emergencyfiresolutions.co.uk/members/jan.html Obviously there are also the features to the members page such as settings, client list, account settings, but it is generally quite straight forward and I can explain in more detail if needed.
