Simple Logo?

    Hi, I really need some help if possible. I need a simple logo that says "Xbox Live Updates" with room for a slogan underneath saying "Your #1 Resource for XBL News" -- does anyone think they could help out? I know that's very simple to do, alas I am not trained with PS.

    It doesn't have to be complex, just something simple, that will be added onto this img:
