Hi, I need a simple jpeg needed for my sites.
    1. I need it to be 536 × 210 pixels in size.
    2. I need the exact color of back ground to be the same as the sample image I will send you.
    3. I need the text on the image to be of your design. Something Big and Simple and Clear.
    4. I need one image designed but I need about 5 jpegs, and each one will have the same text as the one you design but one word changed.

Please PM me for any questions and your quote. Do not PM me and ask me how much I will pay you.
This is no more than a one hour job.
I only pay by paypal, and I only pay when I have the images in my email box and they have been checked.

    Thanks!

You've to specify your budget - reason is, it may waste both the designer and your time in terms of communication.

Thanks, but I do not have to specify a budget. I asked for bids. That is what I have done for years, and many projects, and it has worked fine.
It does not waste my time, but responding to comments like yours, yes, that does waste my time.

Still looking for someone, I have had 3 designers try but they were not capable of reading, designing or responding to emails.
If you are smart enough to be able to read original post with details, and do this simple project, please PM me. The work done so far was so amateur and some of the less than intelligent
designers wanting more than $20 for a 30 minute job has been a joke.
There must be some real designers out there that can also read. I hope.
    Thanks!

I understand your upset about how "hard" it was to find a designer. However i recall sending you a PM as you asked for, i did ask for your budget, but I'm not the only one on this thread that is thinking the same thing. As far as I'm concerned i wouldn't want to do business with you for 2 reasons, 1 your disrespectful and 2, i sent you a PM and never got a reply, yet you are complaining about people saying PM me for details. This shows me communication between you and whatever designer you get is probably very weak, which in the end costs us as designers.

Freelancers like myself like hearing budgets why? Its very simple actually, see we work for ourselves and are very flexible with or prices, the whole reason you would come here to post work is for that reason, otherwise you would just hire someone from Odesk... oh sorry even then you would need to state a budget for anyone to bid. if you would have stated a budget, you would have got your designer a lot quicker.

I am not trying to be disrespectful, i am simply asking you that "the next time i need some design work." you should include a budget. We are just people looking for work and a little respect. Most of the time we won't get both. No need to be disrespectful.

    PS RyanY 100% with you

Thanks for your verbose response to my thread. A little late though.
The reason you did not get a response to your PM, shown in full here (I would like a little more information on this job please). Yes, that was the extent of your PM. That was all you chose to communicate. That was all you could say, yet it was actually saying less than those other lame PMs that at least ask a specific question like, How much will you pay me?
You were unable to communicate what it is you wanted. You asked for more info, but could not seem to say what info you wanted. It is that kind of lame PM that causes me to value the great designers that are actually able to read the original message, and then ask to see the sample image I had, and then tell me how much they would charge to make 5 more. Out of all the designers that PM'd me, only about 3 were able to do that. I would have to say, your PM was the worst, and it did not deserve a response. The next time you want to ask someone for 'more info' about a project, perhaps you should use those communication skills you say you so highly value but do not display.
I would also never want to do business with you. Mostly because 1. Your communication skills are highly lacking. 2. You can not spell, you're. 3. You're disrespectful.
