Buying SIMPLE JOB - Add Form To Wordpress Theme

    I have a wordpress site and have removed a sidebar to add a form. I am no expert and dont seem to have it looking right in IE.

    The job should only take an experienced designer 10/20 mins & I am willing to pay $10 by Paypal.

    If you can do this today please get in touch asap

    Was let down by someone I hired so this is back open for hire...

    Please note that its not just a plugin contact form I need, you need to know CSS and wordpress
