Buying Simple HTML Web Form Needed Customized

    I need someone to customize my feedburner email opt in form and my getresponse email subsctiption op in form. I already have the code of the forms. Just need it customized to blend in more with my website.

    It should be a very simple job for someone that knows html well since forms are one of the very basics of programming.

    $5 for this 5 minute job. Will pay $10 if you do an excellent job.
