Simple HTML Question

    I have a question. Is it possible to make a page with two different banners ( that are side by side, next to each other) from pure HTML without PHP/MySQL?

    Yes, it is possible.
    Even if you want the ads to rotate, you can use a script instead of a database driven solution.
