Buying Simple html/css design for photo manager

Hi all,

I'm working on a script for a couple of years now to maintain my photos, its an archive of almost 20k of photos in multiple folders. I use a basic self writen ugly interface and looking for someone that can create a better looking design for a small price!

Only looking for clean html/css/js design (without using big frameworks like jquery, bootstrap and so on).

Design as follows

header two colums
1 - logo
2 - reset, logout button

content three columns (+/- 20%, 60%, 20%)
1 - folders (click to see subs)
- subfolders
- Add subfolder
2 - text x of x images,
- preview of image
- click image and drop to folder (left side)
- button to delete image
- button on left / right side of the image to go to the next / prev image
3 - image information (location, size, pixels, rotation), iptc tags, xmp tags, exif tags
iptc/xmp tags must be a list of existing tags (add x to remove) and add a field to add an tag to the image
