Simple help in wordpress

hello people..

I have a wordpress blog of my own on a shared hosting with a .com domain.

I need to add a feature with it just like squidoo.com where people can register on my blog and have avatar and start posting their articles or content..

Please guide me clearly with a perfect plugin ..

You can have an avatar plugin with this one - I've used successfully on a clients site before now http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add-local-avatar/

 

The above should work or this is used globally by alot of folks. http://en.gravatar.com/
