Accept POST requests from third party's

the third party's have a username and password which will be sent along with the $_POST it needs to check the partner table to make sure the username and password match.

if they don't match return error

if they match grab the price column value from the partner table ( eg £1.00 )

now submit the data to the prospect table after submitting the data check how many times the value in the field mob_num has been submitted in the last 24 hours by checking the mobile_number column in the prospect table.

If the mobile has not been submitted with in the last 24 hours return

<prospectid>id of recorded<prospectid>
<redirecturl>http:/www.example.co.uk/index.php?id=prospectid<redirecturl>
<price>£1.00<price> the value in the price column of the partner table


if its a has been submitted more than once return

<status>rejected<status>
<prospectid>id of recorded<prospectid>
<redirecturl><redirecturl>
<price><price>


it all so needs to check that cretin fields exist and are not empty
