Simple & easy ebook cover creation tool?

    I'm looking one... I've tried googling but didn't seem to find a suitable one. I'm trying to get one in price range of $0 - $40 ($29 would be nice). Something that can create ebook covers easily.

    Any recommendations?

    There are tons. Go to www.download.com and search for ebook cover and you will recieve some freeware results to those programs.
