Hi Guys I am very new here. I have some basic doubts regarding adsense. 1. Is it possible for us to keep other ads in the site along with adsense? 2. Is it necessary that the user click the adds for us to get paid? 3. if the traffic also counts, does that mean unique visitors? I am planing to host my first site by next month. Before that I would like to solve these basic doubts regarding adsense.
It is possible only if the other ads are not contextual Yes. Normally all the ads are pay per click. Though this question is a bit vague, let me try to answer it. The traffic will only give you page impressions. The unique visitors will generate page views and in turn page impressions, but you wont get paid unless your ads are clicked by them. A Note of Caution My Friend: Please do not click your own ads neither ask your friends to do that. Remeber the money comes out of the pockets of advertisers and not google. Also this will help u prevent being banned
Hi thanx for the quick reply. I have heard some where that each 1000 impresion will be payed. Thats why I asked that third question. If it requires the users to click the ads, Is it really promising????
Yes it is promising 1000 impressions do pay - but only if a particular ad displays 1000 times, which is rare, also the advertiser should opt for it.
