Buying Simple Desktop Software App Development

    ...for someone else maybe. I don't know how to do this.

    I want a simple windows desktop app (executable, not web-based) that does ALL of the Calculations offered on this Page:

    http://aqua.ucdavis.edu/Calculations/index.htm

    all the calculations code is there. Is this dead simple? what would the cost run for this?
