Simple Design Changes Needed

    I need two things done.

    I have a logo on my site which I need to be made transparent - I currently only have the .jpg file. Basically I need to be able todo away with the background or edit it as I choose.

    This needs to be and exact replica

    Also

    I need a similar thing with all the menu images as well so I can change colors.
