Simple Custome WordPress Theme

    hello there

    long story short
    i want to convert an old website which is now basicly dead but magically appeared on angel fire

    so i want to turn it to Wordpress

    here is the site

    as you see i want to general theme
    the blue background and red and white site

    i will need to convert this into a basic theme with the number of pages as shown
    when adding a new page i will create a costume button for it
    will be adding to to the WP only 2 things beside whats already there
    * a forum ( using a plugin )
    * a news image rotators

    But I've a question, will the wordpress theme need to be in arab too?

    just to update :
    job is now creating a editing a style for a Joomla template that includes multiple modules and some other stuff
