    People need to understand the laws of supply and demand. FinanceGuy is well within his rights to seek overseas employment to get a good rate and to avoid US laws on minimum wage. He is completely up front about this and there is nothing unethical in it.

    People are not obliged to offer him a low rate. They choose to do so because they are happy to work at that rate.
