Simple CMS for multiple language website

    I have a customer who asked me for a CMS to run quite a simple website but with three languages (EN/ES and NL). Is there a CMS out there to allow me edit the content of the site using one admin and from the same page/post? I mean if I want to update the content for about-us.php to have the ability to update the content for all the three languages on the same window and not open individual pages.

    I will like the format to be like:

    index.php (default lang english)
    index.php?lang=es for spanish and
    index.php?lang=nl for dutch or whatever language

    (I hope I was clear, I had to go to sleep long ago and didn't)

    you can use google translation inside joomla,
    there are some free extension can do this.

    Google translations plugins will do the work for you... you can power the website with Wordpress. Anyway, even as you described it shouldn't be hard to code that out..

    Joomla with multilingual translator(free component) will do.
