Simple Client Management Software with Order System

    I'm starting a new non-hosting project and I need some recommendations for some simple client management software. I need something with integrated order system (like WHMCS) so a client can sign up, it creates an account in the software, tracks plans and payments, issues invoices etc. Has anyone seen anything like this?
