Simple character problem ?

    Hello, my site doesnt show the correct characters,

    Beyaz show 25 aralık wrong
    Beyaz show 25 aralık correct

    I use <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

    Note: characters problem occurs in text links

    From where do you get those links? Database? If so, then be sure your database is also utf-8.

    what is your database character set?
    aralık is a turkish word , if your database character set is latin5 then your page characterset must be windows-1254 or iso-8859-9 .
    like:
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1254">

    or you must change your db chacarterset utf8 and use
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">.
