Ok, i'm sorry posting a stupid question, but i never used adWords so i have a question.
Could i put something not really correct in adwords ads ?
For example let's say my ad is showing something like: "buy marijuana online LEGAL!"
But my page would be showing how to grow marijuana, not really buying it online
    thanks

Sure you can if it's something legal :)
Question is: will it lower your conversions?

    Bloody right it would.

Why would you want to lie to get people to click your ads when it will result in them landing on your page to find something completely different.

To say it will piss people off is an understatement :D

You can write anything you like but its best to keep
the user in mind. If they don't get what they want,
    they will click away.

If Arbitrage is what you want, then that could work.
    Depends on your agenda :)

"If they don't get what they want,
    they will click away."

    True saying.

Always remember this, when you write your ads. Make them attractive, but don't lie.
