Simple blogger problem: Older Post Newer Post

Ive edited my blogger template. The "older post" "newer post" at the bottom of my blog has disappeared. I know this is a very simple problem, line of code. Can anyone help me out please.

You can fix this problem easily.

First, press Ctrl+F searching for this line

Then add all the code below to below the above line
