This is probably a simple question but I just can't find the answer. In a keyword such as "red bicycle", will it still be triggered when "bicycle red" is searched for? The closest Adwords learning center comes to addressing this is with the following: "Terms in the query are not written in the same sequence in your keyword (for example, if your keyword is x, your ad may be triggered by search terms xyz, zx, or zyx)." But that's not what I'm asking. I want to know what happens if the keyword itself is made of multiple words and the words are in a different sequence (for example, if your keyword is xy, will the ad be triggered by search terms yx).
if you use broad search (nothing around the keyword) more than likely it will. For instance I have "lingerie leather" in my list only, but I am served for "leather lingerie". If you want to get real specific with your keywords start using "keyword" for phrase match and [keyword] for exact match. here is a link that explains what I believe you are looking for https://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=6100
Thanks for taking the time to post that link. I must not have read it clearly the first time. It answers my question exactly.
