Contest Simple 600px by 100px header - $15

Here's a really simple content which I will run today. Immediate payment to the winner after the contest.

I need header to replace the one on this forum:

The header needs to be updated to work with the current forum skin and preferable to entries should demonstrate this.

Brief:

Use the following logo within the header:

http://www.wlayfc.org/images/wlayfclogoindex.png

The text should be updated to remove the 2010-11 leaving just the 6 letters.

Some sort of Scotland flag (St Andrews cross) in the background as well would be preferred.
