simplae template needed

    i need a cheap template with the following


    i need ad space areas

    * Leaderboard (728x90)
    * Banner (468x60)
    * Skyscraper (120x600)
    * Wide skyscraper (160x600)
    * Medium rectangle (300x250)

    design is to fit as many of these possible into it with space for content

    header will be needed for 2 image logo's side by side

    post any example if possible
