psdtuts.com (another great tutorial site, not very simple but really amazing tutorials in there)

http://www.smashingmagazine.com (filled with wonderful freebies, tutorials and more)

www.good-tutorials.com is a nice site to learn photoshop.
and http://www.psdgraphics.com/ for free .psd files

I dont know of any but thats a good site!

 

my site psfreak com has a ton of great tutorials for photoshop... it doesnt have free downloadable completed photoshop files.. but its a great idea.
