    I think it's similar to PayPal
    As far as I know,You can use Escrow if you want to accept large amount from someone..

    PayPal is best, But they don't accept some countries. That is why Moneybookers and alertpay like plate-farms are in to use.

    Moneybookers is also great one. I am using them from 2 years. Just WOW.
