Similar Domain Redirecting/Forwarding

    Hello,

My primary domain is well established and doing fine. I have purchased some similar domain names and want them to point or go to my primary domain. (They are close to and often mispelled similar names.) I am not interested in these names appearing on any search engine or being cached.

I just want that if someone types in the wrong url, they will be sent to my primary domain. Also the same with emails.

What is the best method to permanently direct these similar domain names to my primary url? Apache Virtual Domain redirect, a mod rewrite, .htaccess, etc...? (I have tried via dnsdomain webhop and it isn't a complete solution.)

    Thanks

Add them as a addon domain VIA cPanel.

    Go to "Addon Domains" Button.
Enter the domain you wish to add.
Directory wil come up on its own. No need to edit.
Password, make a secure password but you wont need to remember it for your purpose.
    Click "Add Domain!"

When thats done, go back to "Addon Domains"
near the bottom find "Setup re-direction"
    Chose your domain.
Chose the primary domain to re-direct too.

    OR

Just simply re-direct it from the domain panel. You should be able to do it on any registar. I know you can on godaddy.
