Silverlight Design & Developer Needed

    Hello,

    I need a designer and developer for Silverlight project. I have bagged this project so the person will be the third party. It will not be possible for him to add this project on his portfolio. The payment will be done on the hourly basis and that amount will be decided after i see the portfolio.
