Hello, we used to get a sign up notification email when a new user signed up via our web based sign up system in OG. Now we no longer do. Any ideas what is causing this problem or how we can fix it?

    Thanx..

Did anything change since you stopped getting it (an Optigold upgrade for example)?

I really do not think so. Reason being, we have not had to upgrade in a while. Last upgrade we did was OG 3.3.4

If you look on the web server, in the SMTP Mail Log file (in FileMaker Java Extensions) is anything being logged there?

It does not say much of anything.. Nothing useful anyway.. No denies, etc.. I do not even see anything being sent.. I think something broke when the web server was last updated and am looking in that as the cause.

    Thanx.

The file it's logging anything at all? Is it totally blank, or?

Anything recent though? And anything logged for the signups?

On the dialup end? Yes.. Just the hosting stuff seems to not work.

We are using the Optiskin end for the dialup, ie., their nice little web GUI signup, and for the hosting end, we are still relying on our own custom made signup setup..

Can you try it with the Optigold Web files?

UPDATE: I have fixed this by just redoing every one of my signup forms.. I have been redoing them all anyway, so whatever problem I had has been fixed.
