    I recently tried to sign up to Azoogle and clickbooth, but
    they won't accept me after reviewing my application...

    I have no idea why but I was hoping to make more money
    using their CPA system.

    I am only 18 right now living with parent :eek: ...maybe thats
    why they don't accept me?

    I also tried to sign up to HydroMedia but they also turned me
    down.

    All of them require your website address (which I have) and
    some ideas on how I am going to get traffic.

    Any help to getting accepted here is appreciated :)

    I also signed up to CJ with success but have no idea
    how to use them to make money...

    Seriously, it was hard to figure out their system. I think
    they also offer those CPA offers but I'm not sure.

    If you put in a web address and the site didn't look all that good or professional to them then that could have caused it as that normally tells them what you may be like with their program. It's probably not the reason, but could be one of the deciding factors.

    Anyway, have you tried contacting them via phone to ask why and also tell them more on what you are thinking of doing when it comes to using their offers.

    You need more than an idea on how to get traffic: you need to actually have traffic before applying to these things. That's not even because your site might get rejected but because your time is (or should be) valuable: wasting your time on trying to get advertisements on your site when you don't have good content and visitors yet is just not smart. Without visitors you just will not be making anything beyond pocket change.
