Signing up for tribalfusion

I applied to Tribalfusion and they accepted me. I went to sign up and I stopped at the tax info section.

Does anyone know anything seedy about tribalfusion? Are they completely legitimate? If I sign up here, is my bank account going to be drained? am I going to be unknowingly donating to a Nigerian uncle I've never heard of?

 

I have check as pay method and I have never given any back details to them but I am from India
