I use Microsoft Outlook 2002. I, therefore, use Outlook 2002, not Outlook Express, as my e-mail. I've found how to create the various signatures I need along with their respective fonts. Obviously, I can't sign a letter to a friend as I would to a child or to grandchildren. I've also seen (somewhere) how to allow for automatic signatures, but this only allows for the same signature to be applied each time. That just won't work! I need to know how to open a list of signatures and select the specific one I need at the time. I'm seeking a way to manually apply signatures without going through an excessive amount of clicks. I know previously that I had the ability to click onto VIEW and then SIGNATURE and my signature list would drop down allowing me to select one. That no longer happens. HELP!!
I remember in my computer class there was a way of doing it some kid had found out. But i think he was like genius. Needless to say i think they have stopped it now for spam purposes.
I use Outlook 2003, but it should be similar to 2002. First Create 2 or more signatures: Tools-Options->Mail Format Tab->Signatures Button. There create the signatures of your choice. Now Come out of the options box by clicking OK/Apply. Open a new mail -> Click on Down Arrow besides the Options Button. There Click on Email Signature. and set the option.
