Signature on Forums, what Forums work.

Due to a question I read I thought it might be a good idea to compile a list of Forums where the signature links actually work.

I have signature links on a lot of Forums but very few work,

Two that do are Digital Point and www.freehosttalk.com ....I better mention that I own FreeHostTalk before someone shoots me :D .

    Any more out there

I guess, you can get a link on all forums except those that are implementing the nofollow attribute...

And those that don't show up when non-members view, like that other Point site.

to be honest too, I think next to natural links, blogs, forums, and directories help in that order. :)

Is the nofollow attribute explained better somewhere?

I am guessing this is meant to combat forum spammers??

I agree that the sig links should work wherever the nofollow attribute in not used. I find they are most effective to broaden the number of keywords that get visitors to your site. If you get a decent number of general links pointing to your site then you can get ranked for your target keywords with a relatively modest number of keyword anchor text links. The sigs in forums are good for doing exactly that.
