I'm wondering if people actually pay for links/banners in signatures. I have almost 4500 posts, moderator account, on a 100+ active user forum and was wondering how much this would be worth for links and images. (Per month would be nice) Thank you.
They will be worth nothing if a new signature is not applied to the old posts,which is often what happens.
I know for a fact, the moderator account with 4500 posts - the sig changes in every single 1, not sure how to explain it, but all old posts get changed.
You could easily find someone who will buy links on your signature for around 20$. Try it in the marketplace.
Yes, people buy signature links. Usually don't pay as much as a website backlink of course but that depends on how many post you have and how active. Im not sure if people buy on this forum, but it is really common on other forums I know.
