Signature links in forums

i get most of the backlinks from dp

 

I found tons of links in Googles Webmaster Tools when I used signature links. But, I did not find any clout from it when doing the LINK:SITE query ?

 

Signature links play a big role for backlinks. But it depends on the PR of the forum/ site to get a good PR aswell...
Forum posting with signature links in big and high PR forums and link submissions in high PR directories are very useful and helpful for backlinks.
Signature links in forums are a great backlink resource.

 

I believe it good for search engine .very fast indexed on google

 

signatures do help but you should not rely on them alone, because some forums may not be aswell indexed as digitalpoint.

 

posting into well ranked forum gives you a quality link but posting into some low ranked forum will give you nothing in hand........

in signature make sure that you are have entered anchor text.......

 

I think Backlinks always plays a vital role, no matter where they are coming from??

 

Good active forums' signatures not only provide good backlinks but also give excellent visibility to your site/blog.

forum siggys are great if you use anchor text AND the forum content uses similar key words as your site.

In my case, Disc Jockey (DJ) Forums, Wedding forums, and Karaoke forums are the best bang for my signature links.
