The link juice would certainly be better. From what I can see on most forums, you have freedom to put anything you like in your signature file as long as the subject matter is not against the forum rules.
In reality, you will get credit for only one. But... Using the following format in DP will give your site three (4 max) links. Just don't make them the same page. It will work as the poster above described because you will be linking to different pages within the website. Don't link them all to the homepage though.
It depends upon how you are using the two keyword in your signature linking. If both are linked with same url then it is wrong and unethical but if you had done this linking on two separate page of the site then it is core ethical and good 4 you.

the best guess (with testing etc) is that Google only count the first link to a page. http://www.seo-scientist.com/first-link-counted-rebunked.html you'd be better doing different words from different forums or linking into your inner pages with the other links
Signature links can give you good traffic and it can be counted as back link also but you need to use it effectively some times it happens when you put your services in signature link it wont fetch any traffic. So you need to use some attractive words in signature link which makes user curious about that things. hope it will work for you cheers
In fact what I noticed is that you need to optimize for both main keyword and related keywords as well. In this way you can get more traffic
Google will index the first keyword for the domain on the page. For instance though you can have as someone said above where you put deep links. This is the best way to do it but signature links don't provide a lot of link juice either way.
Best idea. Use variations of your keywords/keyphrases in different forums. I like to keep it simple, 1 phrase per signature. An interesting article that one, with a very interesting point about NOFOLLOW. I've been pretty skeptical about the effect of NOFOLLOW for a while now, it does seem that NOFOLLOW links are counted...
yes this will work. I think as long as you got two different domain linking. I always do 1 link per signature.
