signature doesnt appear . why?

    Possibly cron job, setting permissions, had not run when you posted.

    You would have had those permissions a very long time ago, but it appears that you chose not to use a signature. Those old posts will never show your new sig. Only posts made after entering your first signature will show your current signature.
