Naah, it aint misspeled, its a way of stylish way of pronouncing "only" .. aleast ova here in mumbai it is
Dude, how much would you pay for a 10K poster, paying for one years worth (Since you can only change the username once a year.)
That'd be some crazy advertising as you'd definitely receive loads of hits. Personally, I think avatars are more effective as although it isn't a direct like, there is only ONE avatar spot, compared to how many links you can have in a signature.
The down side is you have to manually type the URL in to the address bar, a BIG downside. Having the URL as the usertitle would be a BIG plus to that.
can anyone tell me who is the owner of SiteSift ? or the person from Sitesift who is purchasing avatars ?
We talked the talk, now lets' walk the walk. I went ahead and purchased one of the most expensive signature links sold at DP from Nintendo and I will report back here at the end of couple of months to see if it is worth all that in terms of SEO and traffic. Personally I am already happy with the purchase as it is. I couldnt' have found a more "respectable" and "appropriate" member for the genre of the site I am promoting. Regards,
http://www.google.com/search?q=site:forums.digitalpoint.com+FUNNY+Videos See if this increases over the next few months (2,630 results right now.), if font code doesn't mess the results up. Back links are the biggest benefit when it's not a Webmaster link.
I think and believe it is better than buying PR links .. Since the person who is selling his signature is always active here and posting ! Imagine every thread is checked for minimum 200 times ? Then the signature will be viewed 200 times for each post ..
Interesting thread. Didn't knew that signatures were so expensive here at DP. I've bought signatures from users with 9000 posts for $2 a month, but he was no longer an active user, so the backlinks weren't worth it. It's preferable to buy signatures for direct visitors, not incoming links.
