NASCAR is a sport? I loved it back in the 70's when the show Superstars had a variety of athletes competing in obstacle courses, foot races, etc. Bowlers and race car drivers didn't do so well against the guys from baseball, basketball, football, and even US soccer player (Kyle Rote Jr.).

Anyways, I am glad the major sports in the US don't sell ad space on their athletes. I saw a ten year old kid with Carlsberg on his Liverpool replica jersey (Gerrard). Kinda sad.

 

I will request that you stop paddling your sig link sales here. We are trying to have a mature discussion on whether ;

- Paying that much for a signature link which may be considered as link spam by Google and other search engines is a wise decision ?

- Would you rather pay that amount for 2-3 PR7 or a PR8 link instead ?

Maybe coz traffic building and link building are 2 different things, for sales, you need traffic and for rankings youu need pr links, So dont curse apples if you need oranges rite now

Actually 1 sig link in DP helps in getting traffic as well as in ranking and PR.
so either case its better than some crappy PR7 link..

 

I am sorry but I can not accept the objectivity of these comments putting high PR links down when all these comments are made by members who are trying to sell their signature links for the stated outrageous amounts.

Can we get some comments from members who are actually not trying to sell their signatures and whether they think it is worth paying that much for a forum signature link instead of high PR links ?

you're welcome to put it to test as others did

for rankings you always need more links with the right anchor though, you can't rank for anything with just one-two links. High pr links might be better for quickly (only quickly, since in the long run more links from DP will do the pr job as well) increasing your site's pr or trustrank (if something like that really exists), but its not too usefull for ranking. Thats just common and basic SEO so anyone would tell you this

 

This thread is quite funny. I currently receive $185 per month in total for my sig link spots and I think I am grossly underpaid.....LOL.....

 

If you think it is crazy stay away from doing that. We do it because we know the results.
