Sign ups jobs?

    Hello

    As long as I don't know where to ask this I decided to use this section of the forum, I hope anyone could help me...


    I have seen in many freelancer job sites companies who post jobs like this:

    "I need 1000 paid signups for my site"

    and..some freelancers can assure to do this job...so I ask:

    Anyone can say me if this can be done? or freelancers just offer what they can't afford later on?

    Any of you have tried this service anytime to get sign ups to their sites?

    All answers will be welcome :eek:
