Why don't you just apply and find out? If you're looking at running BANS, then eBay.com is by far the most profitable.
I'm from Australia, and have had no problems joining eBay.com, AU, UK, and FR.

eBay Canada still reject me, but it's their loss :p

I tried registering for the .com too, and got rejected couple times.
I planned to run BANS, but I guess I will only do it when I'm accepted.

who knows! maybe they now have too much affiliates and they will begin to kick affiliates with less than $XX a month. who knows....!
this last "mass" rejections it's indeed a bit strange.

One of the best ways to get approved is by signing up for a new account through affiliates.ebay.com. Normally it's instant approval unless your country is on automatic denial.

I would think that if it doesn't auto approve you it is because of the country you are in. I agree with Gmason, find a friend or someone you can trust in the US and setup a channel in cj to track your stats separately, and then maybe give your buddy a small "commission" for helping you out.
