I've been trying to sign up for Microsoft adCenter but cant find a link. I want to start comparing them to Google Ads.

Can anyone help me out?

That link looks for its like Advertisers - not publishers.

 

If you are wanting to advertise with Microsoft adCenter, that would be the link for you.

any one know please does they pay good or not

 

they still dont offer publishers ... so i guess we have to wait for it and see if its better than google.
