Sign up affiliates prgoram

One of my friend told me, he is earning some $$ through some sign up affiliates program.

Can anyone suggest such signup affiliate sites?
If anyone signed up in such site, we can get some bucks through that program.

Not sure what you are asking here. Do you mean programs where you sign people up and earn from their efforts or do you mean programs where you signup and earn from your own sites or programs where someone signs up and you get a commission for that lead you gave them.

I don't join on a Affiliate Program but I join in PTC Paid To Click sites that I join...
