Rules SIG problem

I am a little worried that my sig is not dofollow and hence not producing any backlinks.

Perhaps it is the nature of my sig, i'm not sure. As i see it, i'm doing nothing illegal. Even my adsense is legit.

Can someone please check for me, as i don't understand the results derived from Backlink Watch.

All signature links on DP are do-follow and the characteristic of the same does not change from member to member!
And btw... I do see the backlinks from DP for you... with anchor text as 'REPLICA WATCHES'!

Thanks RightMan. I just assumed because i have made 200+ posts, i would have 200+ backlinks ??

It's only showing 49 in BacklinkWatch.

 

All signature links don't get indexed, anyways they are worth peanuts from a SEO point of view.

 

But i thought that's what DoFollow meant ?? (that they would be indexed)

 

It doesn't work that way always. If you search for backlinks on google and yahoo you'll see a massive difference.

 

It means they can be indexed - not quite the same thing.
And in any case, 49 links from the same site is more than adequate - the extra 151 wouldn't do anything for you.

 

Can you recommend another website other than Backlinkwatch ?? (to hopefully show the difference between Google and Yahoo)

 

As far as i know, yahoo indexes the maximum backlinks

 

Google doesn't show all the backlinks it knows about publicly.
You need to register with Google webmaster tools to get a better report of what backlinks they are counting.

 

I just checked with Market Samurai, around 60 of your links are indexed, i also checked the competition for keyword "fake Watches" , almost all sites are authority sites on first page of google with 1000s of backlinks.

 

I liked your advice - in particulary your worthy sig - hence i left a donation.

It makes the subject of backlinks seem futile.
