Sig graphics help?

Hi i am a computer novice. How do i make a sig so it doesn't show the url of the site, it just shows a word or phrase like "best site". Then when you click on it, it takes you to the url. How do i do this?

 

you type in "best site" then highlight it, and click the Hyperlink icon
