Sidebar Links Above Content Code

I have a site that I am working on. The site was designed several years ago, and I am going through it trying to optimize the code for SEO.

You can look at the site here: www abcoffice com/shred1.htm

I know there are probably a lot of things that can be improved, but my question is specific to the sidebar. All of the side bar HTML code is above the content code. The sidebar code is quite long.

Would it be more SEO friendly to have to sidebar code below the main content (which contains the keywords that we are working on)?

Would it be more SEO right now how it is?

Or does it not even matter?

    Thanks!

Sorry everyone. I just realized that this is in the SEO review forum. I meant to post this in the Search Engine Optimization Forum.

Could a Mod move this thread to the Search Engine Optimization forum?

    Thanks.
