    Hello

    I need a basic contact form making for a wordpress sidebar - something similar to this example here

    I will need the contact details forwarding to two email addresses and would like a logo to be placed at the top of the form.

    Please can you post your best price or pm me. If you have done similar work in the past I would appreciate it if you could pm some samples.

    Thanks for the link. Didn't realise you could add it to the sidebar. Just watched the video on how to configure it so will give it a go.
